Whether it is a buffet breakfast on the terrace, brunch beside the pool, formal high tea in the afternoon, a la carte dining, or early evening cocktails, it is always a special event. Superb cuisine, beautiful surrounding, and discreet, attentive service.

The Cove Cafe: offers relaxed casual dining overlooking the pool terrace and features full buffet breakfast and a la carte menus for lunch and dinner. Open seven days for breakfast and lunch, and Friday/Saturday nights for dinner.

The Fireplace Restaurant: features traditional provincial cuisine cooked in a custom made wood fired oven. Chefs are on show interacting with diners whilst preparing the freshest local produce. Outdoor seating is available in warmer months. Open seven nights.

The Verandah Bar: located just to the right of the main lobby is the venue to enjoy a cocktail or cold beverage. A snack menu is available and is open from sunset till late seven nights a week.

The Pool House: Laze on lounge chairs by the beach lagoon pool or terrace swimming pool - sample a refreshing drink or exotic cocktail, and something from the snack menu. Open seven days (opening hours subject to change throughout the year).
