A new building, Sierra Grand Resort, is going up next door to BreakFree Neptune Resort. Work is between 6.30am and 6.00pm Monday to Saturday. There is minimal noise from construction, however the two cranes are now higher than the resort, obstructing some views from balconies. Work is expected to be completed by mid 2008.
