Breakfree Peninsula is undergoing works to replace all balustrades from early January 2009. The entire project is expected to take 12 months to complete. Various areas will be sectioned off for work to take place, this will include the tennis courts, gardens, BBQ areas, Outdoor pool area and main driveway area for periods of time.

The outdoor swimming pool with be closed on the 5th February until Mid July 2009. Tennis court will be closed Mid May 2009 till Mid August 2009. Porte Cochere - undercover area near main entrance will be closed from Mid August to December 2009. Work will be carried out Monday to Friday only, 6.00am to 3.00pm. Noise will include concrete core drilling, hammer drilling and general noise associated with the removal and installation of the balustrades.
